Rodolfo Baggio
Rodolfo Baggio holds a degree in Physics (MPhys) from the University of Milan and a PhD in Tourism Management from The University of Queensland, Australia. He has worked for leading information technology firms for over 20 years and presently is at the Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) where he coordinates the Digital Strategies area at the Master in Economics and Tourism and is research fellow at the Dondena Centre for Research on Social Dynamics and Public Policy. He is also professor at the Tomsk Polytechnic University (Russia). Rodolfo actively researches and publishes in the field of information technology and complexity theory and network analysis methods applied to the tourism domain. Rodolfo has held several courses and lectures at national and international level, is member of the Italian Physical Society, fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, In In 2017 he has been awarded the Hannes Werthner Lifetime Achievement Award from IFITT (International Federation for Information Technology in Travel and Tourism).
