Wouter Ronsijn (°1982) is currently working as postdoctoral researcher at the Bocconi University in Milan, in the Dondena Centre for Research on Social Dynamics and Public Policy. He is doing historical research on social inequality and mobility, and focuses on rural history. In 2014, he published Commerce and the countryside: The rural population's involvement in the commodity market in Flanders, 1750-1910.
