Grace Ballor
Grace Ballor studies the historical relationship of business and governance, particularly in the context of contemporary Europe. She has held fellowships at Harvard Business School, the Graduate Institute Geneva, and the European University Institute. Her research has been published or is forthcoming in journals including Business & Politics, Business History Review, American Historical Review, and Business History, and she is currently at work on a monograph with Cambridge University Press, which reconstructs the making of the Single European Market through the lens of European firms. In addition to her role as Assistant Professor of International and Economic History at Bocconi and her affiliation with Dondena and Bocconi’s BLEST lab on European studies, she is Associate Fellow at the Center on Business, Human Rights, and the Environment at Nova Law School and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Expert Network.
