Social networks for knowledge sharing.

Project aims

Investigate motivations to participate in online social networking in organisations, conditions which encourage or discourage social networking, or the association between participation in social networking, strength of community, knowledge sharing and efficacy.

Dondena activities

Bocconi University is the host University. ASL-GE project is based in Dondena.
