Project Description: The project aims to evaluate the impact of labor and retirement-associated factors on different dimensions of health and wellbeing of elderly populations in the Lombardy region as compared to the rest of Italy (or beyond), so as to provide useful evidence to plan, implement and evaluate targeted prevention programmes and welfare policies. This aim will be achieved using a rich set of linked labor, pension and health data, applying innovative analysis methods, connecting with key stakeholder and fostering communication and interaction between researchers and civil society.
