Project Description: Italy has longed suffered from researchers emigrating as well as a lack of high-level international researchers choosing to move to Italy. One option to make Italy a more “attractive” professional option is to reduce those deterrent od “push factors” such as the lack of career prospects poor research infrastructure and burdensome administrative system. In this context Bocconi University is increasing its attractiveness and improve its position in the global research landscape implementing a series of strategies and activities aimed specifically at addressing those perceived negative factors in the Italian research environment.
